A personal movie that drunk, bisexual and addicted to the then emerging synthetic drugs was Nicholas Ray. Those who knew him say that he was a uranium, dour and a sick mind because of drugs and alcohol. Night May 4, 1974. Pedralbes, Barcelona. Jose Luis Cerveto-murderer and pedophile-enters the bedroom of the couple for whom he worked and killed brutally stabbing the couple .. Four years after this documentary Gonzalo Herralde wheel, heavily influenced by "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote, only vertebrate through testimonies, among which that of the murderer himself.
What in other hands could have been a festival of morbidity becomes uncomfortable for the viewer material: Cerveto is portrayed as a twisted and tortured creature, fully aware of his actions and the damage they cause. It vows to do it again and yet unable to restrain a brilliant mind but also with a very dark child element. So much self-consciousness came that he was a monster during the trial, Cerveto asked to be put to death, convinced that if he was free to kill again, molesting children again. viewer's discomfort grows as Cerveto know and pity and feel disgust toward him are divided equally. Because at the end of the Pedralbes's murderer is a part of the society we have decided to hide under the carpet but occasionally violent shaking to remind us that is still there. And as he confesses Cerveto will get to know yourself cathartic to the point where you understand why he did what he did. But the viewer is in doubt: I feel pity or revulsion to Cerveto? Or someone can be a monster and, in turn, not a bad person?
Note: Since I have not found anything online, I had to rip and upload my own version that passed me. Program is a English version, the film itself begins at minute 17 and lasts until the hour and 42 mins. Before and after there is a conversation with the director and the same Cerveto which is not bad.

remember it rained. A lot. And that was the first Once I told someone who truly hate the rain, one more than the long list of things I hate, despise, dislike me or just did not arrive. Rain. Small plane how small we are. I guess that would be reason enough to hate the rain because I can not hate you. As much as I remember every day why they should, could, would be entitled and subject. But I learned to hate the things, not people. Although they deserve. At least rationally.
remember that it rained. Light breeze gets wet in the ears and back of the shirt. Despite the rain I like to wait. Expect to arrive. Expect you to go. Expected to return. Expect that you simply dissolve in wind will carry you all my problems with you. But it is not so. Nor will it. Ahni'll be forever. With another face. With another voice. But always there. You can not fool me.
remember that it rained. And I ran with you. But you were the one you all you've been. From all that I thought would happen that day, I never thought it would rain. Not that you would be hiding there. Still less that you discover. I must admit I knew. That there lies. As always these. Even before it was you. It is difficult to crave something you already know. Run. After running a lot do not know if you keep away or you come back.
