STORY READING CHRONICLE OF THE PRESENTATION OF COFFEE LYRICS

was ten minutes for Over seven and pressed down the street Pelayo. I stopped watching the clock when I got to the Ramblas, and headed by Santa Anna. In the distance we could see the Portal del Angel, on the corner where the English Court would be presented, "Coffee with letters", the new anthology of stories of Writers Hall. Just after crossing the gate, a cartel would announce in the entrance. Sixth floor. And off we went. Before entering the room of Cultural Scope, bought the mandatory copies to distribute among friends and family. There were still some seats free, but did not last long.
The table on the pedestal was still unoccupied, full water bottles and empty glasses, the line microphones.
When approaching the time to lift the curtain, there were people stationed in every corner of the room.
Any place was good, but had to put up fifty minutes of walking, sweating because at that place at that time did not seem like January 30 or before a column that had prevented a view full scene, as was my case.

Gemma Solsona, as host of the event and author of short stories included in the anthology Writers Hall , Cortez and Dolores Rodrigo Diaz Ferrer, experienced voices in the craft of writing to build his own works that have seen the light or have won awards in competitions, sat down, and people began to remain silent until the murmur also were silent. Gemma opened fire, welcoming those present and also those who could not attend.

I gave the floor to Lluc Berga, editor of the anthology, which he thanked all the authors and teachers whose work has contributed to "Free Coffee" became a book.

Gemma went on to explain why the title and type of stories that could be found in it. Thereafter he was leading the conversation between Dolores and Rodrigo through questions about literature, and the short story genre in particular. It raises a question, and all three gave the floor alternately to give their opinions. Rodrigo adopted casual position but technical. Dolores said making use of similarities with the everyday and evoking a dreamlike vision. And we all contribute a grain of humor to the debate.

We spent a while nodding or disagreed, until it stops to sample what the book could be found, some authors read to the audience fragments. Michael Viola
read a short story by Xavi Lorente, who opens "Coffee with letters", title Stroke of Luck.

Then Pellitta Lucas and Joan Tort performed a dialogue written by Luke for the occasion, emulating Don Quixote and Sancho.

War Tebu read a piece of the book "Firmin" in which a cup of coffee took on the role.

And finally, Rosa M ª Hontoria and Luis Merlo recited dialogue, emulating a couple arguing with sarcasm and irony.

Finally
authors called this sort of scenario to pose, which remain for posterity. I confess that I had trouble getting up from his chair, and only looked out timidly to the onslaught of flashbulbs. Relatives and friends
captured snapshots and professional touch was contributed by Antonio Carlos Funes and Martin (photoessay), to immortalize the evening in pictures. To film, and thereby latent record that happened in the cultural hall, Ramon Pla put the camera on his shoulder and became one more witness to bring the presentation of "Coffee with letters", the anthology class of writers, all who could not be there.

The room was evicted, and the stationery section in which we are actually returning to the staff gathered to discuss how he state of play.
Some spontaneous asked those who had identified them as authors signed the copy of "Coffee with letters" which had just bought.

Hence marched to "The Caliu" in the neighborhood of Gràcia. This and what came after gag belongs to those who were there.
